I always said that the first bid would be 8c so pretty close.
Concerns for me are that Eddie has agreed as well as other directors so already they are well on the way to 75 acceptance.
Vic Pets 10% block nows becomes irrelevant but their 10% plus Zero's 5%. We only need 10% of all other shareholders to jump in and the deal won;t go through.
What will Vic Pet do now and the other party hiding within Zero.
I have changed my sentiment to hold.
