DLS shareholders will own 66% and GOG holders will own 34% of the new company.
GOG will aquire 47,910,488 DLS shares at cost of $2,159,274. It makes me suspicious that they knew about the pending merger, when the rights issue capital raising was announced. Thats what the money was for !!
