I see the addition to the board of Gregory (CEO) and Hanlon (FD) as being one of the principal positives to the merger.
But the obvious economies of scale, technology and personnel sharing across all projects and the scaling up of the overall merged company when dealing with the Chinese (or other) should prove positive.
