Can any one tell me why Zinifex is considering a merger with...

    Can any one tell me why Zinifex is considering a merger with Oxiana for a 3.1 to 1 share merge. Surely this undervalues Zinifex with their low debt to equity and cash reserves I do not see it as a plus for Zinifex shareholders
