Focker, a large portion of the option holders would hold ordinaries as I do and the merger needs to be approved by AGU shareholders with a resounding majority (80% I think...). If the option holders are not looked after then they will not vote for the merger. I expect the options to be carried over into PDY at a reduced exercise price or something to that effect.
