Also very interesting, imo, that he didn’t at least say something along the lines of “we are not going to go into the detail but still a majority of shareholders support the merger via the headcount test”….
The fact that he didn’t even say that, suggests that it may not have been the case - logic tells me that he was fighting to the death to get support, so why not mention everything possible to indicate support from shareholders??
The final numbers will be very interesting!
…and despite what some here and elsewhere online are claiming, those numbers haven’t been announced yet.
