I would prefer to see a merging of AKE and GLN. Galan has close proximity and a huge high-quality resource and, what I see as a major positive, a team that has the experience necessary to make the companies a success (being ex-SQM employees). The AKE management and from what I've seen of Livent management, seem incapable of maximising the opportunity here imo.
