Many are in the same situation. Me included.
If you are a Member Direct with AustralianSuper, you cannot vote. AustralianSuper and other Super funds vote on your and all their other members behalf who hold AKE shares as THEY SEE fit.
All you can do ( which I did) is to write to your super fund. Ask how they can justify a YES vote given their responsibility to look after shareholder value. What is the benefit of losing ownership and ASX listing?
Many super funds did do the right thing in the past in similar situations and protected retail shareholders.
