I have a feeling that the ONE vote (counted on shareholder/HIN basis) for which over 50% of votes have to be yes for deal to happen, may well have a much greater influence on the outcome than the 10k votes ( 1 per share) that is counted in the count that required 75% of shares voting to be in favour,

My prediction (& hope) is deal fails, and most likely due to not getting the required % of voting shareholders to support.
