    Assuming that Mr Market thinks the merge will be successful, then the shorting of Livent (LTHM ~15%) is perceived once again by Mr Market as a reflection of our share price. Hence our decline, I'm not even sure that a return to increasing Li prices will correlate with a SP increase.
