    I am voting no too. They keep phoning me up to ask which way I will vote and I say no because Livent is in trouble and why should we let our share price fall which it has fallen by more than 50% and that is why I say no way.

    Lithium stocks are down but Livent has selling issues and other problems and by us merging we will have those issues to and our stock will continue to fall.
