That is due to Livent have so many problems and they bringing us down with them.
If we had not gone down the Livent path then our stock would have gone down but not as much
as it has. I figure we'd be at the $13 mark not the $8 range and falling harder each day with the odd
day up but mainly down.

I voted no too. I had a fair few phone calls by their team on which way I'll voter and they kept on saying it will be a good merger
and I said if its so good why is the stock falling harder than other lithium miners like PLS.
