Merger: Yes or No, page-2

The May 10 AKE announcement on the ASX summarises the key issues.
I am for the merger for the following reasons:
1. the independent expert Kroll said it was fair
2. Li is a common element in the crust. Scale and vertical integration are important determinants of whether a company will be successful in this space.
3. Listing in the US is a bonus for me: the IRA, wider market and investor space.
4. deep vertical integration is a real bonus for a mining company: when upstream is problematic downstream can keep the co. going and when one project has complications others compensate.
