How are the cold calls and the reverse taker over spruiking funded?
So let me get this straight.
AKE management decided to spend our $$$ on cold calls and a shifty propaganda campaign for a resolution that until now has not been voted on.
This is like the ruling party uses tax payers money instead of donations to run their political campaign.
Like others voiced here before, I hope that a successful vote AGAINST the reverse take over also shows the door to the AKE board members and management who tried to sell us out to an ex-merchant banker-run US company with a poor corporate track record in the Li sector.
