It is ridiculous and there is no way I would sell at these prices either but panic does that to people. The time for selling is long gone.
I do not see too much more downside from here. Perhaps they could get it down another $1 if they were really successful, but the upside is so much higher and then a TO offer is always on the table at these prices.
