I've not sold either. I had GXY as well which became ORE and later AKE.
Livent has to many negatives and I am shocked that AKE board thought it was a good idea for a merge.

Maybe it will go up after the merge. I remember wit the merge of GXY and ORE it shot up rather fast
and higher after the merge but not this time. 3 years later and now we are back to where we were
after the GXY/ORE merge.

Livent share prices keep on falling taking us down with them.
I am voting no and I get the feeling most are in here.

AKE must be worried as why are they phoning us about the votes.
Maybe some bigger players are concerned like us and now going to say no.

If no gets passed our shares ought to go back up.
