This is NOT a done deal at all. At these prices, it is clear Livent is dragging this down (and the games being played hedging the merge either way).

It's a hard bar to pass this scheme and I suspect there are serious concerns inside AKE and Livent about it passing on the ASX side, despite the stupid front they are putting on saying otherwise. Paul knobhead isn't flying to Australia to convince Livent holders to approve the merger.
