Does anyone know what the situation is with Proxy advisers? I must admit i've never done any reasearch into it.

@tutor do you know off the top of your head?

For example, passive index funds now take an active roll in voting (when I don't think they should), same with super funds. When you consider their sheer size and scale, they dwarf many of our retail holdings. I suspect they will vote for as that's the way the investment bankers would like them to vote.
