Also rally the small in investors to vote (there are only 134 with over 100k shares at per Annual Report) as there are thousands of them and for deal to happen over 50% of shareholders who vote (1 vote per HIN) MUST be in favor.
This is in addition to 75% of shares voted being in favour.

With such relatively small number of big holders (the 134 control about 80% of shares), the OPPORTUNITY TO BLOCK THE MERGER really lies in the hands of the small(er) holders should the vote.
We need to encourage as many as possible to vote NO as each HIN will count as 1 vote ... hopefully saying NO!
In that case, it will not matter what the 134 holders who own 80% want . (although a few have already indicated a big and definite NO) ... as they will be outvoted ( on HIN count) by the masses of small holders saying NO way!
