Times like this make me wish airconditioner was still around with his concise, logical and detailed posts. I am against the merger on the basis of where the share price is and the unfair split ratio and have voted No. But wonder if I'm missing something . . . A New York listing where investor's have much deeper pockets than with our little market, thats easily manipulated. I wonder if Americans blame the merger on Livent's poor performance of late?
