I think the shares you bought through Clearstream will be like CDI. And the ones you bought directly will be NewCo shares registered under your name, assuming the Livent shares you bought directly on NYSE are registered under your name.
It never snows here where I live. But sometimes we get hailstones that make so much noise on the roof.
