Most retail here are clearly voting NO. The question that will determine if this merger goes through is how many share holders do not vote. These will be Yes votes because the chairman then votes on their behalf.
There would be a lot of shareholders that won’t vote . There would also be a lot of people that have minimal shares and do not actively follow the share.
