I was shocked to read that, Gary. So I checked the Scheme Booklet.
I think those shareholders who don't vote will be considered Abstain.
The Booklet says: "... as only those votes cast by Allkem Shareholders on the Scheme will be counted in determining ..." (my emphasis)
