    Perhaps to make it clearer (and scarier! eek.png), I should have said:

    So this evidence stands as a reminder to those of you who will vote Yes to the merger, that you have to be ready to have the gain made by your NewCo shares listed in NYSE wiped out every 3 years!!

    Although I said that half jokingly, the evidence shows that is what can happen as it has just happened!
