I was excited when AKE first announced the merger as I was eager for us to merge with a US based company as I thought it would increase our exposure to more potential shareholders and lead to a higher share price. however after reading all the details about the differences in US shareholder laws, Livents assets, income and leader etc I became dismayed and think this is not the right deal for us. I think at this stage we are better off going it alone until someone else comes along..
