You seem to believe it. But have you read the Risk Factors in Section 8 of the Scheme Booklet and the fine print throughout the Booklet? If you have read, understood, and ready to take all the risks, then your belief is justifiable.

"At least the shareholders of Allkem will be in a majority by 56%"

That statement is true if, and only if, all Allkem shareholders elect to receive the NewCo shares. But I think most of us here retail shareholders will get CDI, because it is not easy to get the NewCo shares. Will you elect to recieve the NewCo shares, by the way? I, and I am sure many of us here, would be grateful if you can tell us how to get the NewCo shares instead of CDI should this merger is approved.

And do you know that as a CDI holder you are not legally a shareholder?

Now, how many percent of that 56% will remain shareholders of the NewCo if the merger is approved? I don't know exactly, but I don't think the shareholders of Allkem will be in the majority as you said.
