This has probably been poste before, if so apologies, but Money of Mine had some interesting commentary on the transaction costs of the merger. Spoiler alert - they couldn't believe how high these were and are scratching their heads. As a shareholder kinda makes you sick - thinking we're being taken for a ride. Problem is if these are so high - it's gonna take an awful lot to get right to recoup these costs.
