Just thinking again about Dividends! So at $0.1 per share it would have cost Allkem $65m. But no we need all of the capital to expand and develop our assets! Just leave the $65m in the trough because we have better ways to utilise this cash! Why not reward the owners of this business? This paltry amount would mean diddly squat to the bottom line, BUT NO we need all the money we can get our hands on to siphon out of this business, because we know what is best. This proposed amalgamation has been a real wake up call for a lot of long term investors, it has now become bloody obvious it is all about enriching themselves, forget the retail investors, let them sell out to BlackRock etc!
