Other points that this precedent teaches us:
I just hope our shareholders aren't as foolish and/or aren't voting no for other self preservation reasons (such as them being short the stock)
- The majority (69%) voted yes. It didn't go through as threshold was 75%
- The 6% that voted no, have currently cost themselves (and the majority) 17% immediately (which is how much better they would be right now under a yes vote).
