One of my first question here was, “Do we inherit these shorts, (Livent) if merged?”

There was one response saying along the lines that the shorts were supposed to leave before the close off date.

However,

I take these responses as hear-say unless there are legitimate references attached.

There appears to be a few who promote some splatter-bang proclamations, however unless these are backed up with facts of some sort, I simply dismiss them.
