We will qualify through our brines and the livent conversion capacity in the US for Carbonate to Hydroxide. At this point in time Argentina does not have and FTA with the USA, but there enough chatter from both governments that this will happen.
As I said Aust Spod to China will not qualify and the is no real hard rock conversion capacity in the USA, so pretty much the only Aust Spod to qualify will be Greenbushes where they do the conversion in Australia.
Both our Brines and our combined Canadian Spod and conversion in Canada will qualify. Its a big tick for the merger in my book.
