I assume the most important qualifications:
the ability to read and comprehend the information in the Scheme booklet of the merger and Kroll's expert opinion...in particular what is missing from it or swept under the carpet in terms of risk versus benefit.
There is now plenty of evidence on this thread that this merger is not "fair and reasonable" according to ASIC guidelines and that AKE holders carry too much risk.
