I think labelling it a scare campaign is perfectly reasonable and labelling me as dishonest is totally unreasonable. It's good enough for Resmed and their local ASX shareholders, a company with a $25.3 billion USD market cap. We will have full economic benefit of the CDIs. There has been all sorts of talk that we won't get voting rights and so on. Actual 'full legal title' is a moot point and irrelevant to me if I can own them and sell them when I want. It also bestows the benefits of being listed on the NYSE without having to pay larger brokerage fees, deal with exchange rate issues, and watch the market in the middle of the night.
