I voted double no. Reasons are: 1. I dont believe paul graves and livent management are up to the task of developing all our projects 2. ake has hundreds of millions in the bank. Livent has net debt. Ake have all the money and the projects. Ake should be taking over Livent. 3. I do not want cdis and lose the ability to vote. I bet Paul the banker will just sell off the company to someone else and i wont get a say in it. 4. I was looking forwards to my truckloads of dividends when i get older and this wont happen if it merges.
