Will be very interesting to see what the share price does on Wednesday either way.
If it gets voted down, will we lose the premium that was factored in at the date of announcement or will we go up because the consensus view is we have the worse end of the deal.
I am sure Livent will take a hit on Tuesday nights market if it gets voted down.
