I have nothing against the Merger considering the synergyies of the assets of the 2 companies.

I can only hope that full realisation of the value of the assets is achieved with the Management we now will have ?

This, Keep handing the baton on is not a good look or encouragement for the small Shareholder to date.

Wealth is being accumulated and distributed amongst Management via these Mergers long before the small shareholder to any degree imo

Livent is riding into town on the back of AKE onto NEW Co. imo

AKE's small shareholders have to walk at the back .! imo

Anyway we have a voice here on H.Copper not that it means anything. Thats a lol.
