AKE has dropped more than 50% since merger talks started.
Livent is wanting $1.3b for a project but they only have $100m in the bank.
AKE is cashed up. Blind Freddy can see what is going to happen. They'll gut AKE for the cash to waste on their own projects which seem to always end badly.
I am surprised ASIC allowed the merger.
Why can't we share holders do a class action lawsuit against the idiots at AKE/Livent.
