Mate, no one said that the US exchange has no reporting and dislosure rules!
You need to read the Scheme booklet!
This is the information given from AKE management to us shareholders.
The Scheme booklet (not me!) clearly states in the Annexure H what the DIFFERENCES are when AKE becomes Arcadium and is traded on the US exchange. No more ASX rules!
The points that I listed regarding Jersey jurisdiction and US exchange rules were taken ad verbatim from the Scheme booklet.
So, if you believe something is not factually correct then you need to direct your criticism towards AKE management.
