Sorry we are at crossed purposes..I'm saying if either party pulls out for whatever reason before the vote...so incentives for management on both sides to sew up the deal.... these big ones rarely fall over imo. I'm neither for or against it as I have no fin interest but I can understand everyones's concern with the falling sp. Will keep an eye on this ..over and out
