I am voting NO , because it is a shit deal and in particular a shit deal for me. The share price has fallen because people are selling , probably because they don't like the deal as we are only 1 percent shorted . Now that doesn't mean the Left to Right hand magic trick by the BEOT isn't happening either. IMO there is only one reason you would vote YES and that is because you believe a NY listing will bring in a massive buying spree for your shares to sell. That doesn't interest Me.
