The only beneficiaries from a set and forget holders perspective of the GXY / ORE merger, are all the execs and BOD who left or who were made unemployed and allowed to get all their termination payments and options converted under change of control rules.
Even Simon Hay played ball to get the merger over the line then decided “the new jobs not for me” ….I will take the package
