    The AWP directors have most likely been bribed with options, incentives, increased wages, etc. I can not see any other logical reasoning for AWP management accepting this ridiculous offer. I'm sure they weren't thinking of their shareholders when they started negotiating. It an absolute crap offer and the market has indicated this. I hope it doesn't pass thru.
