Had LSG for years, sold the AUS, LSG has had its ups and downs, last 4 years ups around end of the year, down in the middle of the year.
I started to read the merger docs, havent got a spare couple of months.
Maybe you guys can tell me what I should be looking for in there. I hate it when they make it so complicated its hards to understand if its a good deal or not
