    Any shareholders out there?

    I urge you to vote against the merger.

    The real offer is $3.54 as primary will block the other motion and there will not a be a favourable tax ruling.

    The board has sold us short by not auctioning with sigma refusing to talk to primary, and signing for a break fee.
    This deal smells of corruption to me. That is the most complimentary way I can express the board's dealing with the matter.
