    hi mark10 yes very tuff to watch, as you know I was always against any TO or Merger for the ox has I felt the OX had it hands full and was more than busy enough. It looks like its going to happen so not much point in fighting it. So try not to let it upset your peace to much and lets hope this fall is short lived.
