    Hi Mitch, I agree with Galv - bit late to buy Zxf and wait for merger - the gap towards 3.1931 is closing fast and who knows about a seperate t/o of the Ox. Much safer to buy Ox .
    I sold Ox and bought Zfx before the divvy ( that made it worth the chance - IMHO) and hope that the merger goes thru.
