it appears to me that this vehicle (rdi with hkse listing) is being setup to specifically overcome the fed govt stance of guarding our resource companies from chinese takeover. being a publiclt tradable entity it also gives chinese customers/investors an opportuintiy to invest and gain returns from their supply chain...
appears to be a backdoor sale to chinese, will it circumvent fed govt stance - all unkown... maybe thats why we have current shareprice???
