Yes it is a long way up from where we sit atm, however, it was also a long way down from $2.79 not so long ago. What goes up can come down and go up again.
My point here is that those companies and people who take a long term view and take the risk and opportunity now with that view will eventually win out.
The SP is the price you can buy and sell at and usually has a huge psychology factor built in on the up side and not surprisingly to the down side. The lump of dirt at Balmoral is the only thing that can be truly valued and the SP atm is a bad mechanism for doing that.
The question here is does the current SP represent the true potential of the ARH and it's future. Yes there are questions and criticisms of management but these just become noise and mechanisms for a few to create doubt and benefit for themselves. I think the lowish volumes speaks for itself.
I continue to hold and buy.
