that seems to be a very positive outcome for both parties. Its going to be a significant player in womens health issues. I'm not sure about the 3 PLT for 2 FER. Current sp of both would reflect that ratio.
Cash is still going to be an issue but I've a feeling that with FER cash flow from its Sydney clinic and a larger market cap. borrowing money might be easier.
I guess it a question is if the whole is bigger than the parts and I would say yes. who is getting the better deal?. possible FER but I'm really unsure.
