    If I recall rightly the CEO said that 08' was exciting for HTA, given that it was EBIT positive in the 4th qtr and weathering the economic downturn quite nicely; so with the combined synergies estimated at $2 billion, HTA - soon to be VHA, just got a lot more exciting!!!!!!

    An excellent time to invest IMO!!
